Patients have the option to book a telemedicine consultation with our provider, and to have their weight loss medication shipped directly to their HOME! Now offering Urgent Care Telemedicine visits.

Margaret Meagan Self APRN is the founder & owner of Self Health & Wellness LLC. She has been in the medical field for 11 years. Through her clinical experience, it became her goal to provide high quality affordable care to her patients. She is a graduate of Harding University in Searcy, AR.
In her free time she enjoys the outdoors, traveling, reading, & hunting whitetail deer. Most importantly, she enjoys being a mom to her 2 boys, and wife to her husband of 10 years.
