Patients have the option to book a telemedicine consultation with our provider, and to have their weight loss medication shipped directly to their HOME!

Staff
Margaret Meagan Self APRN is the founder & owner of Self Health & Wellness LLC. She has been in the medical field for 13 years. Through her clinical experience, it became her goal to provide high quality, convenient, & affordable healthcare to her patients. She is a graduate of Harding University in Searcy, AR.
In her free time she enjoys the outdoors, traveling, reading, & hunting whitetail deer. Most importantly, she enjoys being a mom to her 2 boys, and wife to her husband of 11 years.
Staff
Lexy Danner is our office manager. Lexy handles the day to day operations, scheduling, as well as following up with all of our patients. Lexy has been in the medical field for 6 years. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband & 3 kids, and all of her furry animals.
