-Allergy symptoms

-Cold/flu symptoms

-30 day refill of chronic medications (no controlled substances) 

-Eye infection

-Uti

-Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea

Unacceptable illnesses or conditions for Telemedicine:

-chest pain, shortness of breath

-STD/STI treatment

-Any controlled substance medication refill such as pain medication or ADHD medication

-Referrals

-Sports physicals

-Workers compensation
